The service in brief

What it does.

Marketing analytics measures how people discover and interact with your business online. A useful setup connects channel data, customer actions and business records while making missing data and attribution limits clear.

Who it’s for

Businesses spending time or money on several channels without a reliable view of enquiries, sales or where the measurement breaks down.

What’s included

The work we’ll deliver.

The proposal confirms the quantities, deliverables and review points for your project.

01

Measurement plan

Define the business questions, key events and responsible owners. Distinguish intent signals from completed enquiries and sales.

02

Analytics configuration

Scope a suitable analytics platform and required access. Design the implementation around the site, consent choices and data minimisation.

03

Conversion events

Configure and test agreed form, booking or purchase events where the systems expose them. Document gaps and duplicate-event risks.

04

Search & campaign connections

Connect available Search Console, Bing or advertising reports to the right property and time period. Keep platform measures clearly labelled.

05

A usable dashboard

Present the agreed measures with definitions and source freshness. Include enquiry quality or revenue only when reliable records support it.

06

Interpretation & review

Explain changes, limitations and next actions. Avoid inventing certainty when privacy settings, offline sales or platform reporting leave gaps.

From brief to delivery

How the project
takes shape.

Access to agreed analytics, search, ad and business-record systems; existing consent information; and an owner for metric definitions.

An illustrative example

How it could
work for you.

A business records email-link clicks but cannot tell whether enquiries arrive. We keep clicks as an intent measure and add a practical process for recording actual inbound enquiries and source.

How we assess progress

Track event reliability, source completeness, qualified enquiries and commercial outcomes. AI citation data is reported only where a platform provides it, with its coverage explained.

Scope & investment

What your budget covers.

Before we begin

A few questions.

Can you measure SEO, paid ads and AI visibility together?

A report can bring available sources together, but their definitions and coverage differ. AI answers vary and platform citation reports do not measure every engine.

Does analytics tell us exactly what caused every sale?

No. Attribution has practical limits. We combine available data with business records and clearly describe uncertainty.
