Make the everyday
work better.

A dashboard is only useful when everyone means the same thing by its numbers. We start with the decisions you need to make and work backwards to the data.

What we can build

A useful system,
from start to finish.

The final scope names the tools, actions, output limits and review points.

01

Metric definitions

Agree what counts as an enquiry, qualified opportunity or completed job. Record the source and reporting window.

02

Source connections

Connect the agreed systems with appropriate access. Show when information was last updated.

03

Data checks

Flag missing, duplicate or inconsistent records. Keep estimates distinct from actual results.

04

A focused dashboard

Display the small set of measures used to manage the business. Make it easy to find the underlying records.

05

Written summaries

Prepare a concise explanation of changes, with evidence and questions for the team. Treat AI interpretations as reviewable suggestions.

06

Review routines

Set a realistic reporting cadence, a report owner and a process for recording decisions and follow-up.

Example, not a client result

How it could work.

A small service business reviews enquiry sources and proposal outcomes each month. The report highlights missing source information and shows which services produced qualified enquiries, with links back to the CRM records.

What we measure

Track data completeness, report preparation time and whether agreed actions are completed. Do not confuse dashboard activity with business improvement.

What we need from you

Access to reliable records, named metric owners and a small set of decisions the report should support.

How pricing works

Reporting cannot recover data that was never collected. Historical clean-up, attribution modelling and complex finance integrations require separate scoping. Build costs, software and ongoing support are confirmed in writing.

Before we begin

A few questions.

Can you report on AI search visibility?

Where the relevant platform exposes citation data, we can include it. Manual checks can add context, but generated answers vary and are not a stable ranking metric.

Will AI make decisions from the report?

The default is to summarise and flag issues for a person. Any action based on a report needs explicitly agreed rules and permissions.
