Make the everyday
work better.

Buying a large contact list does not create a useful reason to get in touch. Good outreach starts with a narrow audience, evidence of fit and a credible offer.

What we can build

A useful system,
from start to finish.

The final scope names the tools, actions, output limits and review points.

01

Audience definition

Write an explicit fit checklist covering sector, size, location, buyer need and exclusions. Start with a small reviewed sample.

02

Research and verification

Record company context and where it came from. Separate facts from assumptions. Check contact accuracy and campaign suitability before enrolment.

03

Permission and suppression checks

Build in the appropriate contact rules and a maintained do-not-contact list. A public email address is not blanket permission to market.

04

Message preparation

Draft a specific and honest reason for getting in touch, with a useful next step. Avoid invented familiarity, fabricated audits or claims about results.

05

Approval and sending controls

Approve audiences and copy before launch. Configure agreed sending limits, stop conditions and unsubscribe handling. Tool and domain setup are part of the scope.

06

Reply triage

Organise interested replies, objections, opt-outs and delivery failures. A person owns the conversation and any commercial commitments.

Example, not a client result

How it could work.

A B2B service firm agrees a narrow group of incorporated businesses. A researcher records a relevant operational issue from public company information. The team checks the audience and message before a small campaign is authorised.

What we measure

Track deliverability, positive replies, qualified conversations and opt-outs. Open rates alone are unreliable and do not show buying intent.

What we need from you

A clear B2B offer, an agreed lawful campaign approach, suitable sending infrastructure and capacity to respond.

How pricing works

Campaign approval, source data, verification, sending tools and ongoing management are scoped separately. We do not promise meetings or send to purchased lists by default. Build costs, software and ongoing support are confirmed in writing.

Campaign requirements depend on the audience and channel. See the ICO’s business-to-business marketing guidance.

Before we begin

A few questions.

Can you email every business on a public directory?

No. Company fit, subscriber type, data use and contact requirements need checking. Sole traders and some partnerships have different protections from corporate subscribers.

Will a campaign start automatically?

No. The audience, content, channel and limits must be agreed before a campaign is authorised.
