The service in brief
Branding connects your positioning, message and visual identity. It helps customers recognise your business and understand what makes it relevant to them, wherever they encounter it.
New offers, businesses that have outgrown their original identity, and teams whose website, social profiles and sales material look or sound unrelated.
What’s included
The proposal confirms the quantities, deliverables and review points for your project.
Capture your audience, offer, values and competitive context in a focused written discovery. Agree what your brand needs to communicate.
Develop the core proposition, supporting messages and tone guidance. Use examples so the team knows how to write in practice.
Scope a logo or identity refresh, colour palette and typography. Test the direction in the contexts where customers will actually see it.
Prepare agreed profile assets, social templates, presentation or document elements. File types, dimensions and quantities are named in the proposal.
Apply the direction to priority website and campaign touchpoints. Keep navigation, imagery, language and calls to action consistent.
Deliver a usable brand guide, approved assets and licence notes. Explain what can be edited and what should stay consistent.
From brief to delivery
Your business story, current assets, audience and competitor context, examples you like and a named person to consolidate feedback.
An illustrative example
An established service business has a strong reputation but mismatched materials. A refined identity, clearer proposition and reusable templates make its website and campaigns feel like the same business.
Assess consistency across priority touchpoints, clarity of the proposition and the team’s ability to use the assets. Awareness and customer response need separate measurement over time.
Scope & investment
Discovery brief, 2 initial visual directions, refinement of 1 chosen direction, logo suite, palette, typography, 6-page brand guide and 2 revision rounds.
Naming, trademark advice, packaging artwork and product photography are separate. Licensed fonts/assets billed separately.
Starting prices apply to the stated scope. All figures are in GBP. Your written proposal confirms the total and any applicable tax before you commit. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions, domains and usage fees are separate. Optional support is a separate choice.

Yes. A refresh can preserve recognisable elements while improving the typography, colour, imagery and messaging around them.
Only when it is explicitly included in a combined proposal. A brand project and a website have separate deliverables.
