The service in brief
A WhatsApp agent is a business-specific assistant connected to an approved WhatsApp Business Platform setup. It can answer permitted questions, collect a short enquiry and hand work to a person or supported business tool.
Businesses already using, or eligible to use, the WhatsApp Business Platform for real customer conversations, with reliable service information and a team responsible for escalations.
What’s included
The proposal confirms the quantities, deliverables and review points for your project.
Define the customer task, business account and platform requirements. Check that the proposed use fits current policies before choosing the integration.
Prepare service details, FAQs, delivery or booking information and boundaries. The agent should flag missing knowledge instead of inventing an answer.
Build a short, clear flow for questions, qualification or routing. Explain when someone is speaking to an automated assistant.
Scope supported CRM, order-status or booking connections, with limited permissions. Confirm consequential actions rather than assuming authority.
Plan opt-in, opt-out handling, approved templates where required and the customer-service window. Make a direct human escalation route available.
Test unclear questions, unavailable tools and requests outside scope. Record failures and agree updates as business information or platform rules change.
From brief to delivery
An eligible customer-owned business account, approved knowledge, the required permissions, a supported provider and a named team for human escalation.
An illustrative example
A customer asks an appointment business about services. The agent answers from the approved menu, collects the appointment preference and routes the request or booking link, handing unusual questions to the team.
Review answer accuracy, escalation quality, useful enquiry completion and unresolved conversations. Automated responses alone do not prove customer satisfaction.
Scope & investment
One business use case, approved knowledge up to 30 FAQs, one CRM or booking connection, human escalation and 20 acceptance-test scenarios. Support: monthly check and up to 1 hour of updates.
Customer-owned eligible WhatsApp account. Meta/provider, model and hosting charges separate. Templates, consent and platform eligibility checked before quote.
Starting prices apply to the stated scope. All figures are in GBP. Your written proposal confirms the total and any applicable tax before you commit. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions, domains and usage fees are separate. Optional support is a separate choice.
