Make the everyday
work better.

A new enquiry lands in an inbox. Someone copies it into a spreadsheet. The next step depends on memory. A sales system makes the handover visible and repeatable.

What we can build

A useful system,
from start to finish.

The final scope names the tools, actions, output limits and review points.

01

A useful enquiry brief

Ask the few questions that help your team respond: service, location where relevant, priorities and timing. Avoid collecting information you do not need.

02

A clear pipeline

Define stages that match your real sales process. Every open opportunity has an owner, status and next action.

03

Qualification and routing

Apply agreed rules to assign enquiries and flag missing details. AI can summarise context; your team makes judgement calls that need experience.

04

Follow-up preparation

Draft relevant replies from approved service and pricing information. Agree which routine acknowledgements can be sent automatically.

05

Proposal preparation

Assemble a first draft from an approved scope and template. Prices, commitments and contracts remain subject to a responsible person’s approval.

06

Outcome reporting

See response time, open opportunities, next actions and recorded won/lost reasons. Keep the reporting understandable enough to use weekly.

Example, not a client result

How it could work.

A property-maintenance business receives an enquiry for a planned refurbishment. The system records the brief, assigns an owner, prepares a relevant reply and creates a follow-up task. The team checks the scope before quoting.

What we measure

Track first response time, overdue next actions, qualified enquiries and enquiry-to-proposal conversion. Compare against a real baseline, not an assumed uplift.

What we need from you

A defined offer, access to your existing CRM or an agreed new one, and a person responsible for responding.

How pricing works

This is sales-process support. It does not guarantee leads, make pricing decisions independently or replace professional review of agreements. Build costs, software and ongoing support are confirmed in writing.

Before we begin

A few questions.

Can you use our current CRM?

We assess its available integrations and permissions first. The written scope names the tools, fields and actions that will be connected.

Is this cold outreach?

No. This page focuses on handling inbound and existing opportunities. Prospecting and outbound campaigns are scoped separately.
